Absolutely beautiful 🙌. If you have a client that doesn't like the glass elevated you can rebate the bottom part of the stand off bracket into the table, so then the glass sits flush with the table without rebating the entire table to suit the glass shape.

That's an interesting idea. We might have to try that

LOVE how this turned out and that "picture" you carved is so beautiful!!! Great narration as always Ryan! When you spray that many coats of the water based Helmsman do you need to sand between each coat or just after the first (that raises the grain) and towards the last for a smooth finish?
@oldave1002 ай бұрын
Usually every third coat and right before the last one.

You guys are absolutely awesome! Your lines are so clean! I'm in the process of doing my very first project right now. The intricate details and slow process was definitely not a thought of mine going into this. As a beginner i'm running into problems that I wouldn't have thought of, but its cool because im learning from the bumps and turns. I'm excited to see my finished product. Im going to send pictures via email in hopes for you two to see my finished piece. Thanks for the tips and detailed videos!!!

Thank you guys for sharing your artistic experience with us I think will definitely do my best to make my project to your standards Bill the deaf man woodworker from Kansas
For drilling straight holes you should get a Kreg drill bit guide. They are only $8 at Lowes (and other places). I have one and it is very helpful.

Love this channel, I have question , when using the router to carve, how do you keep the wood dust away in order to see the lines , mind the dust is always a problem ???
@oldave1002 ай бұрын
I modify all my routers so they are opened up on the backside. That lets the sawdust expel out the back. Here's a video kzbin.info/www/bejne/m2Son6yJabhsfqMsi=4RJSnjYkX-1R20tE

Not at all… Just blown compressed air through it and/or use a dusting wand.
