Many Blessings to the fam and new bundle of joy. My family just welcomed our new addition in September so makes it three for us 3,4, and now 2months in age. So totally understand. Excited to check those candies/snacks for my munchkins. FYI make your own popcorn when you can using either coconut or ghee as oil or find brands that contain better option oils. Sunflower can be inflammatory among other things. This coming from someone that would tear up some skinny popcorn. Don't take my word do your research. Awesome job on removing dyes, high fructose corn syrup. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I am a doctor and my daughter is not allowed anything with dyes, food with colors that look unnatural and processed flour ( like flour that is enriched). I do not give her candy among so much more. I entertain zero arguments from people who feel like I am not giving her a good childhood. She is just fine. One day she will understand the importance of all that is done. Parent it is our responsibility to protect our children….

Love the reading of ingredients Bully. "Enriched flour" and just Enriched ingredients are important to look out for as well as these are chemicals unnecessarily put into rice, bread, etc to increase shelf life. Check your ingredients on those Quaker Grits and research the enriched ingredients. I've switched to Palenta which just has corn as the ingredient for my grits. God bless!
