A few answers to frequently asked questions :) The charging port is on the top cover, forgot to show it. The batteries last for about half an hour of driving. The maximum weight of a trailer or machine is approximately 500 kg / 1100 lbs.

I enjoy watching your new build slowly come together, but one thing I appreciate the most is seeing you use what you made in a past video, to help complete the new build. It confirms that they weren't simply gimmicks that were thrown together to make a video for subs/$ like some channels do. *Well done* as always.

For anyone curious how to mig weld. There is usually a datasheet sticker with settings related to volts and wire feed speed. Just know the size of wire and check it out on the sticker. More expensive machines will guarantee this sticker is included. As far as gas flow it should be set to 20 cfh (cubic feet per hour) or 10 Lpm (liters per minute). If there is wind set 10 cfh higher or 5 Lpm adjustments. Er70s-6 is standard wire

Nice build! Wish I had this back in the day when I used to work with concessions trailers, made spotting them a breeze! I do like the welding clip around the 13:30 minute mark, cut that segment in backwards so the sparks flew into the weld. With some modifications this would make for an excellent aircraft tug for those weekend pilots who have the pleasure of hangering their aircraft.

You are an amazing machinist! And very innovative. I'm a 4th generation German machinist (I do minimal metal working, and any kind of house repair or new builds. I'm in mt 70's, and now gardening, very scientifically, and develop ways to go from seed to transplant in 3-5 weeks.). I also designed my trellises to be multi-functional, and fully automated watering system. I'm sending this video to my son-in-law. He is 2nd generation Polish, and very mechanical minded. I'm sending him your Link! They have a larger than average camper trailer. Their driveway is steep, turns left at the bottom (almost level where they park the trailer.). They could absolutely use your trailer hauler! My daughter does the driving, and Mark is outside guiding her. `

The two wheels are rigidly connected to the same shaft, right? Shouldn't the shaft be split in the middle, so that each motor will drive its corresponding wheel? Because I don't see the point of having two motors, if they are not used as a differential system.

Very clever idea and well made video.👍 The little power drive ball hitch device is very handy for relatively light loads, but a stronger version could be made for shifting heavier loads like carevans and medium size trailers. It make me a bit jealous to see the excellent skill in combination with good tools and equipment making this project look like child's play, but we can't all be equally skilled at everything...😀 PS, for people who may not already know it: Leaving skin, and especially eyes exposed to welding arc's glare can easily suffer damaging "flash burns" to exposed skin and permanent damage to their vision - and potentially skin cancers in the future.🤐 !

Another fantastic build with a practical use. I modified some electric pallet trucks to do a similar job and learned a few things. On this build, the position of the ball hitch is very close to the drive centre line. This reduces steering effort. However, if the trailer hits resistance, the unit is going to try drive out from under the trailer - potentially whipping the handle upward quite violently. But I applaud your excellent craftsmanship and creativity!
@sovrgnman
@sovrgnman 2 жыл бұрын
@Daihti__ Exactly. Nothing to prevent violent swing up, down sideways if the towed or tow-er wheels hit an obstacle or hole, etc.. but besides that, nice workmanship 👍👍 🤔.. maybe an extension post added to the front with a caster wheel under it, and the trailer ball on top of that??
@isaacmadhavan

Perhaps, if the ball hitch were closer to the center of the towing vehicle, that might mitigate the upward swing?

In America, a Kowalski notified me that the SKI stands for Skill, Knowledge, and Intelligence! I admire that Polish Americans are patriotic and faithful to America and to Poland. I admire that Poland stands strong for freedom of speech and freedomof religion! Clever build! Great video

Very cool wood slitter carrier. It looks like it can be used for many different things as well and manufactured for different uses.

For the drive motor, looks like a dump truck tarp motor. They're low speed and got some torque. I made my 40lb anchor winch for my houeboat. Slick! BTW, nice build. I was looking for some ideas for my trailer dolly. Nailed it!
