2 strokes seem louder up close because the frequency is higher but it won't travel as far. At a distance or over trees and hills the 4 stroke sound can travel much further.

If you go nitro install the largest main you can, nitro doesn't need very much air. If you run alcohol mix it with caster oil at 25 to 1 and advance timing slightly with 4 jet size increase. Don't let fuel mix sit as it will separate. Hold on and have fun.

Use bean oil at 40:1. You will need to adjust the ignition timing signifigantly if you want it to live.

yo. i found your channel after an accident with my aprilia rx50. i accidentally put diesel in it. after I turned it on, i noticed it smoked more than usual. i checked the fuel, found out it was diesel, removed it, cleaned the carb and the spark plug. i then put 3 l of gas (20 ml mix oil per litre) turned it on, gave it some runs. i had to raise the idle because it didn't idle like before. so yeah, conclusion: don't put diesel in your 2 stroke bike.

I had an old 91 kx250 back when i was a young teen that i rode basically everyday alongside my buddies. The first day i brought it home and rode it the silencer fell off and for the next couple years i left it that way lol. Easily the loudest most nasty sounding bike ive ever even been around. And i straight pipe damn near everything! I miss that kx. U could hear it a couple miles away on peaceful country night. Cops hatedddd it. They couldn't catch me and even if they thought they could as soon as i turned the corner it would echo off everything so loud u couldn't tell which direction i went lol.
