My uncle bought flat in redevelopment project 2 years back from builder - now he want to sell this flat - so he ask NOC from builder - but builder saID I cannot give NOC bcz society has not given us share certificate to us - so what to do now ?

You can contact society in this case and ask for NOC with proper written permission. If no one is responding then can think about next process.

N now for selling also he is not ready to give the noc please sir tell me that is the law abided means can i show this to bank n ask them that no noc is required please sir help really wud b gratefull
