Always interested to hear what Mark Norman has to say about Canada’s current military status & how it affects Canada’s presence on the world stage as… 1) NATO 2) NORAD 3) EU trading partner & 4) American trading partner. The Canadian voting public has never made the status of our military a voting priority. Neither of our 2 traditional governing parties have ever made the status of our military a priority. It now falls to our allies to… tie military & trade alliances together as neither Liberals nor Conservatives will make the link.

@@kevindelaney1951 no argument there. That’s why we’re stuck with some poor leadership in the military, the good ones were there to lead while others were all about their careers and played the political game.

`PW was a decent journalist. One day I tuned into her interviewing Preston Manning and never listened to her again. It was an ambush with really dumb biased question. Kind of like watching a recent ABC debate. Much later got her a Senate seat. I didnt vote for PM but my dad and much older 1st cousin did and were wonderful Canadians. They were basically called non Canadians and today would be racists and on and on. PM was a Canadian hero.
