It was a warm beautiful Fall day, and I did not mind that my nurse couldn't work, because I spent a lovely day with my handsome Daniel..

Despite your challenges with Daniel, your yard is a blessing. Just been able to venture outside and marvel at God's creation such as the beautiful autumnal trees and their ever changing colours are just awesome. I see Henry is very much part of yours and your family's world, particularly yours. It's wonderful to have such a loyal and loving companion. Looking at Daniel, how much does he weigh? You mention that you have to bathe him at times and that is physically demanding. My mother In-law gave us some chrysanthemum seeds and my hubby planted them and we have little shoots. We are always picking up a plant or flowers for the garden, however we only have a small property and so there is not much space left. It's lovely to see what we plant flourish into beauty.

It is a lot easier said then done! I give you a lot of credit for being able to keep it together the way you do! Beautiful flowers!!! Freckles tells us when he has to go out but Angel (my fathers Chihuahua) was use to going in the house in peepee pads so she is still going in the house - we are trying to break her of that! I was bitten by a spider once had to have it lanced it was not fun!! Nice Halloween decorations! Yeah talk about warm it has been in the 90's here! Hope you have a good weekend! Hugs

I have 3 little dogs. I went camping once and there were Black Widows around us. Yuck. I love nature, but no centipedes, snakes,or earwigs.

Hi Julie thanks so much for your replies to my comments. I was wondering when there are no nurses can you get paid from the nursing agency for your time away from work and taking care of Daniel?

I hope we can work on reforms so you can get paid to be Daniel's caregiver if the nurse can't come for one reason or another. Being a contractor can have its ups and downs but it seems like you do your best to work for your Insurance Firm.
