When your consistently bowling 150kph you will be prone to injury s, which akhtar was throughout his career as was Brett Lee. That's why akhtars career was short. This is not some great record to be honest. He did not even get a wicket of that ball. The main job of a bowler is to pick up wickets or atleast to bowl great deliveries that trouble the batsman which may lead to a wicket. Just bowling one fast ball is not that great of an achievement. I understand that Pakistanis have achieved very little in their 78 years history and hence they have to clutch on to these stupid records.
