So hyped for this series Rick!!🎉🎉 Now that I’ve watched here’s some info to help you out for this game since I’m the only one dumb enough to play it every year or so lmao - This game has an honor system like Red Dead, you can be a good cop or bad cop depending on if you arrest criminals vs killing them etc - The reason the game is so laggy (or rather one) is because this game is really close to a 1x1 remake of NYC or something to that effect, I believe there are articles on it if you’re interested - There are a lot of stores in the game not marked on the map like barbers, gift shops, and clothing stores where you can buy stuff, along with the armory at the police station and hun stores around the map - You can get police cars from your garage, or the police booths - The driving is awful but you are right, you can use subways to travel between stations, but you can also use taxis to fast travel to exact spots You can enter the zoomed mode to shoot criminals in the knee or elbow to incapacitate them and arrest them if they have guns Hope some of these help big bro keep up the good work man!!~

this game was well ahead of its time and very ambitious for what it was being a ps2 game at the time, another game thats pretty good is driver parallel lines which is anew york based setting starts off in the 70s and goes into the early 2000s .

Quick tip, yeah driving can feel outdated, but funny enough this help me with GTA IV Driving along the way, there’s over numerous of cars to use just like GTA and they all move differently I suggest the sports cars and supers, there’s a Lamborghini in the game if you can find it in one of the dealerships. And if you decide to do racing I believe in you that you will beat it. ☘️

To be completely honest I never played through New York completely but i Played the hell out of la better combat better soundtrack in my opinion. Streets of New York looks more gritty and dark like gta 4 if it was backwards compatible I’d get both of the true crime games but I’m just on Xbox unfortunately
