Why do you only make dumplings with dumpling skin?
If you make it like this, it tastes better than the dessert you buy.

- 11 Dumpling wrappers(or spring roll)
- Sugar Powder
✤ Custard Cream
- Egg yolk 39g (2 large eggs)
- 20g (2Tbsp) Cornstarch
- 250ml Milk
- 30 g (3Tbsp) Sugar
- 4g (0.5Tbsp) Vanilla oil
✤ Tips
- Add the custard and stick the entrance well. When there is a gap, cream comes out when frying.
- Instead of dumpling wrappers, spring roll skin is also possible.
