Hi ചേച്ചി... ഇതെഴുതുമ്പോൾ ചേച്ചിയുടെ recipe വെച്ച് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ cake എന്റെ മുന്നിൽ ഉണ്ട്. എന്നെക്കൊണ്ട് സാധിക്കില്ല എന്ന കരുതിയ സംഗതി ആണ് cake ഉണ്ടാക്കുക എന്നത്. അതും ചേച്ചി കാരണം നടന്നു. ഒന്നും പറയാനില്ല;അത്രക്ക് സ്വാദുണ്ട്. condensed milk, butter paper making എല്ലാം വീണ ചേച്ചീടെ tips ആയിരുന്നു.ഇതെല്ലാം കണ്ട അമ്മയുടെ comment_""നിനക്ക് ഇതെല്ലാം പഠിക്കാൻ എന്റെ മോള് വീണ വേണ്ടി വന്നു.like&share ഒക്കെ കൊടുത്തേക്കണം,comment ചെയ്യാൻ മറക്കല്ലെ എന്നും""...ഈ ചൂടിൽ കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ഞാൻ out ആയി😅😅. അമ്മേടെ നാവിൽ, പണ്ടെപ്പോഴോ അച്ഛൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ cake ന്റെ രുചിക്കൂട്ട് അതേപടി കിട്ടാൻ ഈ recipe എന്നെ ഒരുപാട് സഹായിച്ചു.കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ചേച്ചീടെ മീൻ ബിരിയാണി&ചിക്കൻ ബിരിയാണി അമ്മുമ്മക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കി കൊടുത്തു.90 വയസ്സായ ഞങ്ങളുടെ വീട്ടിലെ ആ ഇളയ ,പല്ലില്ലാത്ത കുട്ടിക്ക് ഒരുപാട് ഇഷ്ടായി അതൊക്കെ തന്നെയും.ഇപ്പോ എന്ത് പുതിയ പരീക്ഷണം തുടങ്ങുന്നതിനും മുമ്പ് അമ്മേടെ ഉപദേശം__""വീണേടെ നോക്കിയാൽ മതി. അതാവുമ്പോ എല്ലാം perfect ആയിരിക്കും"".അതാണ് ഇപ്പോ എന്റെ culinary expertism ലെ confidence.Thnk U ചേച്ചി(msg കുറേ lengthy ആയി. പക്ഷേ പറയാതെ പറ്റില്ലല്ലോ💕)

Baking Soda contains only Sodium BiCarbonate but Baking powder is a combination of Sodium BiCarbonate and any weak/mild acid such as Monocalcium Phosphate or Tartaric acid - mixed together in cornflour.
