ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി.. കിടിലൻ ആയി..കുറെ കേക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കി ഫ്ലോപ്പ് അയതാണ്..അത് കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ കേക്ക് പരിപാടി നിർത്തി വച്ചതാണ്.. മിയ ടെ റെസിപ്പി കണ്ടപ്പോൾ ഒന്നൂടെ ട്രൈ ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് തോന്നി.. തെറ്റിയില്ല.. സൂപ്പർ ആയി വന്നു.. എല്ലാവർക്കും ഒത്തിരി ഇഷ്ടം ഏയ്

കുക്കർ ഒരു തട്ടിനു അടിയിൽ വച്ച് കുക്കറിനുള്ളിൽ കേക്കിന്റെ പേഷർ മോൾഡിൽ ബട്ടർ പേപ്പർ ഇട്ട് അതിനുള്ളിൽ ബാറ്റർ ഒഴിച്ചാൽ സൂപ്പർ കേക്ക് കിട്ടും ഉപ്പിട്ടാൽ ഒരു സ്മൽ കിട്ടുന്നു. ഇങ്ങിനെ ചെയ്താൽ ഉഗ്രൻ കേക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കാം ഞാൻ കുറെ ഉണ്ടാക്കീ നല്ല റെസിപ്പി ക്ക് നന്ദി മിയാ.

ഇന്ന് ഈ 🍋കേക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കി. Perfect ആയിട്ട് വന്നു. എല്ലാവര്ക്കും ഇഷ്ടമായി.. ഞാൻ hand whisk നു പകരം മിക്സിയിൽ ഇട്ടു അടിച്ചെടുത്തു. Preheated ഓവനിൽ 160 °C യിൽ 30 മിനിറ്റ് ബേക് ചെയ്തെടുത്തു. അടിപൊളി !!
