No Pattern Needed Caftan Cover-Up for the Pool

Get swim ready for the beach or pool with this very easy caftan-style coverup. The fabric came from Hobby Lobby but lace or netting would also work great.
I used a piece of fabric that measured 2 yards long by 44" wide and about 4 yards of trim lace.

Thank you! This was not a cutter issue but a fabric issue. It is thick and a bit like twine. My dad would say it was operator error. 😅 Looking forward to part two of your sloper.

Oh my gosh that’s such a versatile piece! I have so many ideas going through my head now… the construction was so easy but the result is so cute. I wonder if something in a twill with more structure could look okay? Maybe join the sides together with some mini box pleats to take out a little bit of the volume but maintain the movement? It would be office appropriate at a midi-length (and a shorter neckline!) Thank you for the inspiration!!
