It’s currently not a prison and has no enforceable power to stop any member of the public filming. They are actually misleading the public as far as I’m concerned with their authoritarian signs. Yes prison security is vital and we all respect that, but a muddy foundation site can’t house prisoners. The Scottish prison service might apply for a no fly zone but at this stage it’s hardly likely to be granted. Considering how over budget this site currently is confirms that this new SNP failed project is going to cost us tax payers well over the odds so it’s in the public interest. Good video 👏

Yeah your 💯 correct mate and i plan on returning to let everyone who much work or little work is being done, they may try get an FRZ in place when they see my video but as you said very unlikely it will be granted so if ok to fly I will keep everyone updated every so often, by the snail pace if looks like be a good few months before I return as looks like be just a bit of ground for a while yet 😃👍🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Yeah Exactly Strawbs 🤔 had to do some research mainly because of the confidence in the way the Gateman said it just incase i mised something and was a bit if a grey area as have never flew over nor had any of the other auditors i spoke with yesterday had flown over a prison getting built so had to double check incase their was a law @ leaking the layout etc. when management came out and said that the public had to follow their photography rules that explained why the gateman was as confident as someone on that site is feeding 💩💩💩 down through management and staff who is either Thick as shit regarding photography or thinks all the Pubic are thick 😮👍🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

These new designs are 7 times the size of normal prisons, they have their own morgue and crematoria facilities and have been built nationwide from Wellingborough in the south all the way to the Scottish Highlands. They started building them during the so-called lockdowns.

Yeah your 💯 correct mate when plans were 1st submitted for Prison it was priced @ £100 Million and reports all now saying 4x that @ £400 Million 🤨. Yeah used to be when a job was running well behind schedule they put as many workers on site as possible to try make up sometime but seemed very relaxed and a chilled working environment 😮👍🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
