VERY pretty, even though it doesn’t look the same as the original. Is “Hurdle” a type of stitch, as well as a specific stitch? ( embroidery has crossed stitches, as well as an actual Cross Stitch)

Thank you! Am hoping you will find resolution soon for your back 🙏 Also have a question...I am ready to start the lace sweater tutorial but have not reached gauge. With US 7 needles, I get 17st/24rows and with US 6, I get 18.5st/28rows. Which should I start with? Blocks were washed and blocked, 6x6" when measured.

Thank you! You could use the 7 needles and work 1 size smaller than the one you wanted to in first place (you are getting 2 inches extra every 4 inches). Work the maths and see which size would be best 😉
