No Regerts RZR tube chassis rock bouncer build (Part 3)

Adding the sexy lines to the No Regerts RZR tube Chassis begins. Things are going well until the A pillar starts to look more like a Semi truck than rock bouncer. It fit great so most would have left it but for me, its all about style as well as function, so that bar goes in the trash and we wait for the next shipment of DOM to show up so we can finish the buggy right! Hey Tony, instead of having your left & right overhead bars end as A-pillars why not bring that bar all the way out to the front of the frame and THEN add an A-Pillar between the overhead and beltline bar with a steeper angle (which would give excellent triangulation/strength) just my 2 cents, awesome work BTW. As always I truly admire your skills. Hopefully as the channel progresses you'll have time to show how to layout round tube ,bend, and how to figure fish mouth angles to fit. Don't sweat it too much. You can use those tubes from the B pillar down to the rear bumper or maybe even for bedsides or tree kickers. There's always a spot to use them. I've been in the spot of spending a ton of time just to figure out its wrong or you don't like it. Keep you mind open, you'll find a use for them with minimal waste

Always like your work For some reason I could not hear most of you video Commercials came in loud and clear but you did not And i wondering who is at fault since I see no else complaining about the problem, Steering not sure if you mention this since I could not hear But the old fashion sprocket and chain to move over 4 iniches and go straight into your box

Curious what the weight difference will be from the stock chassis to the new chassis, looks like it will be much heavier. Will be enough difference to effect performance ?

If I had to guess right now I would say a couple hundred lbs heaver. This rzr stock was 144 hp. It now has around 250 hp so I think it will handle it just fine. The only way to know for sure is to just keep watching and we'll see what happens!
