An authentic transcription and performance of the keyboard (and drum machine) parts played by Tony Banks on No Reply At All as performed by Genesis on the 1981 tour and Three Sides Live. Played with a Yamaha CP80, a Sequential Prophet-6, a Behringer RD-8.

Spectacular cover and setup!!! I love that pad patch on the Prophet, it's so lush! Is it all just the synth (detuned filters i suppose) or did you use a modulation pedal like a chorus?

Awesome! The main synth patch is beautiful. Sounds like it has a lot of resonance yet still enough definition. Is it a 12dB per octave filter? I remember having to struggle with my analog synths back in the early 80s. When I got a nice "oooh" type resonance, I had no high end definition at all.

The LPF is 4-pole 24 dB per octave, which is what I’m using here. The HPF is 2-pole 12 dB per octave.

1st chord RH is first inversion Bm to Dmaj7, LH is E/A P4, 2nd chord RH is Bm root position to Gmaj7 LH is C#/E m3.

That’s an Air Turn, a Bluetooth pedal for turning pages. Any audio interference you hear on my tracks are either that or the WiFi between my camera and iPhone (used as monitor/remote).
