I have the 6600xt and i having been a loot of stuttering, do you know why? (Also i have Ryzen 7 3700x with 24g)

There is some stuttering in the game when some action is done for the first time (the problem seems to be due to the lack of precompilation of shader caches). Also during transitions between locations.
