I’m in the Minneapolis market which is definitely one of the best in the country. When the U of M school year is in session, I literally just sit in dinky-town and wait for these stoned college kids to order their food. I’ll put at most 80 miles on my car per day and I’ll make about $1700 every week. I’ve been doing this for a year and a half and just bought my first rental property. This gig is awesome, would highly recommend if you’re in a college town 💪💪
