You really need to get Rhodes for that trade bonus. It should be your number one priority with your economy. You have so many troops you can probably stop recruiting and just buy economic buildings.

If I remember correct, select all and ctrl D disbands all selected units
@BlueMatona Жыл бұрын
Appreciate it! Way quicker than individually disbanding the units, although I don't mass disband much

This is so cool. Have you thought of playing in remastered? Is remastered better than the original?

He played the remastered and didn't really like it. He said it didn't fix the problems with the original game and he missed the nostalgia factor.

@@doraemon61377 As far as your second question, I love the remaster. It's true that it didn't fix all of the problems (like pathing) but it added lots of nice touches to the UI on top of the better graphics. Also, merchants are fun.
@doraemon61377 Жыл бұрын
@@DougAdams yeah i also like it as well.

@@DougAdams I just see it as a better version of Rome 2. So you get the nicer graphics and the nostalgia factor of Rome 1.

Never build a farm in Carthage or Syracuse, they are grain settlements and have huge base level population growth regardless. You just end up with more squalor issues.
