Great Idea...I installed Zippers using my glue gun so the Pouf covering can be Washed and Dried or pillows can be replaced once they flatten from usage

Wow, I had this idea in my head, that I wanted to use the many pillows I have collected over the years and don't use any longer. So, I decided to check KZbin and "surprise" someone else had the same idea. I love that your DIY doesn't use a sewing machine and the rugs are a fantastic idea! REALLY Great!

These are holding up amazing since I used surebonder tough glue sticks. If you watched the video, I showed that I applied 2 different glue sticks and 2 different layers of glue. My son literally uses these as a trampoline and they still look good as new...no holes or anything 7 months later!

I have a video that I never shared... but you basically cut one rug in half and put the cut edge wrong sides together with a matching rug and glue the ends. You leave an opening in the back like an envelope pillow

Does the glue really hold the material together? I am a bit skeptical because when I try it with other things, the glue don’t hold very well.

What glue and glue gun are you using?? I used surebonder clear glue sticks with the mini glue gun and I did a second adhesive on top of the clear glue stick with the Surebonder tough stik glue sticks and full size dual temp glue gun. All of these items are linked in the video description 👇 No problems over here!! I could jump on them and they are not coming apart! 😁

Mine are only used indoors and the glue has held up over a year so far. My older kids jump on them... the strong bond got glue is amazing!

I only used the glue gun and glue as mentioned and they are still going strong after a year. My kids jump on them and no issues whatsoever. **You clean them the same way you'd clean other large furniture**

It's a terracotta pot that I painted white and then it was outside for a year and turned that way on its own. I'm sure you could paint something similar 😉

The glue gun is a bad idea. It will not withstand heavy weight, and, you cannot wash them. These would only be for looks. You can't really use them. They'll fall apart.
