My cat (Watson. Not the cat in my profile pic) and I watched this this morning. He didn't end up watching it all as he doesn't have a laminator. Which is pretty sad. But I watched it all, even though I don't have a laminator either haha. I love the books you made - it was very interesting to see how you do the elastic, I have never seen it done before and always wondered how they did it. So now I might need to get a laminator. It can be super confusing, especially when you haven't done it in awhile! It took me a minute to remember how when I made mine. I love this craft, so many options, plus they make great gifts for teachers, friends, etc! Hope you're feeling good my friend! HUGS!

Another key to cutting, for those who haven't , is to make sure you have a little extra laminate edge, if you cut directly at the edge of the paper, it will just come apart eventually because the laminate isn't sealed.

I made one of these out of a plastic placemat a couple of years ago and I love it.. you can put new books in it all the time.. so chute how it’s a smaller version.. love it!! 💜💜✌️

I think I’m still gonna make this one too tho so I can have more options and just something to do lol.. for the moment I have been doing ephemera for any kind of journals, went to treasure books KZbin and clicked on the playlist for ephemera and that’s what I have been doing lately so when I make journals I can add things to it.. also made an evenlope journal with 2 envelopes the last couple of days and can’t remember where I saw that one but it came out pretty chute if I must say.. but yeah so many options you can do to make one of those.. enjoyed it tho.. have a great rest of your day.,

I agree about sewing in signatures, they stress me out most of the time lol! You can add as many papers as you'd like. The loose sketchbook paper that I added in mine is thicker than computer paper and I put 11 pages in it. But I could add more. You can make your signatures smaller and when you fill up those pages, you can take them out and add new ones!
