Decent advice. Especially being able to hit repeatedly with the same hand to set up your power side. IMO it's better advice is to use all your tools to develop decent short power. The biggest problem you see with most Wing Chun is how we often overemphasize speed and don't develop decent power. If you hit and don't hurt your opponent.... well that sucks! As a smaller guy in my late 60s, this is something I think about.

Real traditional CMA: 1. Once we go in, we don’t go back out. 2. The whole body is the fist. 3. There is only ever one beat of combat time.

Entering the central gate is done with both hands yes. And also the bong sao can be used as hung gar elbow hits, you know, more upwards tilt of your elbow

And working on timing, you can do that anywhere anytime, Bruce Lee used to try and time a person breathing or eating while working at Ruby Chow's. Or you could also go in the bathroom and try to throw a jab without you yourself being able to see it. Just some thoughts 🙏

I've done some different martial arts over the years. But before I moved out of the area I used to live. I got lucky enough to meet and work with a person. That for about 2 years was teaching me Wing Chun. And I absolutely loved it. Now we're I live. I can't find any one. To train with. And even if I did. Good luck affording it. I'm 56. In good shape but have some serious health issues. Is there a way I can still learn & train by myself, that is not B/S I just want to learn to protect myself and my family.

If I may Adam and Chris, timing your weapon. It hurts more if the opp doesn't see it coming, so even though you may not have the power.

Hey Adam really good episode and demonstrations. When are you going to be on the frontpage of Wing Chun Illustrated?

I would probably aim at the opponents eyes or throat and then try to knock him out? Maybe thats a thing, you cant show on yt? Thanks again for your videos

Hey Adam and Chris may I request a video? Could you show some chin na or kam la, since about 60-90% of altercations end up in a grappling tussle? Thanks a ton, one of your biggest fans, Travis Lee 🙏🐲
