I just visited another school bus driver shortage video announcing their desire to attract school bus drivers with a $16 an hour starting pay including incentives. At a pay of $16 an hour (and incentives that may never be reached) is asking a lot for one to sacrifice. Hmm, I wonder what could be the problem?
