Nice to see this deck can still perform even if it isn't blue to set up the turn skips. Love the Wargreymon Ace inclusion. Do you think the newly revealed EX5 Etemon could add something to this deck because it forces the opponent to attack? Not sure if the 4 cost is a bit clunky though

That is something I plan to test when EX05 comes out! Having the ability to force attacks will be very nice without needing the option! 4 cost is a bit high, but will have to see in testing! 🤣

Really enjoy this deck in concept, interesting to see what you end up with as your go to list. Atm how do you feel about Keenan? 3 and 2 Izzy or 4 and 1?

Well right now I did up Keenan to 4, Izzy 2 and Miki and Megumi 4. Made the level 3 hybrids at 2. Maybe too many Keenan? But I won't know till further testing. It's all RNG though, so if you can't get going, might be a rough time. 😅

Well I did have it in there, but I felt it caused a lot of issues. I have since took out the level 5 Chessmons and replaced them with Wisemon from BT12. Then replaced the 2 QueenChessmons/ACE Wargreys with Jijimon.

Belphe player reduces Giz cost at 13:05 even tho Psychemon is on the field, nice matches love the JumboChess :D Edit: it was noticed later on oops xD

There are some changes I might make, but I need a couple of cards to do it. Lol Thinking of changing the Chessmon 5s to the Black/Purple Wisemon. Then replace the ACE Wargrey with MetalGarurumon ACE for more potential memory gain! 🤣

@@LaggimusPrime seems like a really different aproach to the deck but i would like to see how that goes. im considering changing the sephiroths into bt2 numemon because i want to get to lvl5 fast, it may help speed up the deck

@@NicoColicigno That is also true. Would help speed up the deck a little bit. Mostly the reason I would use the Hybrids is to force more attacks, but it has won me a game before when I needed that last swing. Lol

What did you swap out for the Wargreymon ACEs? I'm guessing the queenchessmons? Also you said you're planning on going back to the Izzys but didn't mention how you felt about the ACEs. Are you planning on keeping them?

Yes! I did change out the QueenChessmons for the WarGrey ACEs! And to be honest I m not sure how I feel about the ACE cards. It is nice to have, but swinging at security with them has caused me to lose my turn as well a couple of times because I hit something big! So I am not quite sure if I will keep them or not. Losing 4 memory when trying to swing at security hurts. ☠

@LaggimusPrime yeah I feel like they're such a risk that I'm inclined to forego them myself, but I'll be interested to see what else you try with the deck. I'm planning on doing some testing with a couple cards just to see if there's any wild things to add for value. Got my eye on Sorai, Jijimon, and AncientWisemon as possible inclussions to to see what they might add to the deck.

I'm guessing that AncientWisemon and Jijimon are going to suffer from being too much of a good thing and just feel redundant, but I think sorai might have a real place just because of how strong it is in the current meta

@@deucemoose7852 This is true. With ShineGrey able to attack with Tamers, it would stop them in their tracks! I was thinking of making turn stealing happen more frequently. Take out the Chessmon level 5s and replace them with Wisemon Purple/Black. He is 4 to evo, but is a searcher for Black and Purple Digimon. He Top or Bottom Decks so you can keep pieces you need on top and is On Play/When Digivolving. Then replace the WarGrey ACE with MetalGarurumon ACE so when you digivolve when they attack you can gain even more memory! But with less Black/Yellow Digimon, would need to make Keenan up to 4.

@6:52 belphemon player played out the eyesmon from trash and immediately swung with belphemon. The activation timing was absolutely atrocious all over the place because belphemon shouldn't have been able to swing as soon as the eyes was played and Keenan should've activated first. Honestly a massive misplay because belphemon checked 2 additional security before there was even a chance to respond.

11:29 matt doesn't return tamers. I think the belphemon player may need to refresh on their card effects because even though thats not a game-changing misplay it definitely could've been considering that tamer can be played from trash via Giz effects.

Yea she is still learning the deck and sorta goes into her plays right away before fully thinking of everything. Is getting better, but still a lot to learn! She is use to playing Mastemon.

nahh it was fine, they reversed it, she didn't know keenan can do that to make it past turn..so she reverse it..she take back the eyesmon she just played and trash another card instead..that way, keenan wont be activated and belphe will still swing for another 2.. reverse back and forth like this is ok as long as both players agreed to it, she didnt ask what keenan does and he didnt tell her beforehand what keenan does either..so its just fair

Ah. I apologize, I do not speak Spanish. However, I think from translating a bit you are asking what changes I made? I have changed my Izzy Tamers for Maki. Though I have reverted the changes because it made the deck a bit inconsistent. Also I apologize again for the background noise and the video unable to be easily read in your language. I will try to find some way to make it easier in the future for you! I do not have a fast way to do that at this time though. Sorry!

Well I did change out my Izzy Tamers for Maki, but I undid the change. I found that not having at least 1 or 2 memory setters a bit inconsistent. The digivolve cost reduction is nice, but it wasn't helping all that much in the end. Lol

@@felipe495 I have since also taken them out as well. Will be uploading a new video of some new changes I made that seem to work a little better. Just found that the ACE is a nice card to have/use in the deck, but I've had wayyyy to many times where it is super easy to get rid of and it just ends up punishing me more than helping me. 😂
