Thank you, Samurai! I was having the same issue with the same stove. Pulled out my meter, followed along, and it's working like a champ. Thanks again.

Same issue on my kitchen aid gas cooktop. However what is odd is it starts working again after the cooktop power cord is unplugged from the working outlet (tested already). Literally as soon as I unplugged the cooktop and plugged a phone into the outlet, saw they had power, then plugged the cooktop back in and started clicking/igniting again. Ever seen that?

You're a master craftsman, and I'm easily impressed. Lol jk. Seriously enjoy watching you work and the way you teach.

You tested the module at the neutral wire & the #4 lead to the right rear burner. Don't you also have to test the other three spark module terminals to test if it's good?

No it’s not necessary because he already proved that the spark module is failing to do its job from one test point. Yes there are other test points. But what would that further prove by testing from the other burners?

I know you love the high end domestic trade but seems like you would seriously rock the commercial restaurant trade as well.

You give him an accurate wire diagram. I don't think it matters what it is. He likes to Tango.
