Oooh, this was a new one for me. So enjoyed the movement... your clarity in instruction really helps me, especially when I need to adjust or modify. (I snuck in one set of squats - I love them - for an exercise that isn't as comfortable). Thank you!

I have limited mobility due to my Fibromyalgia, I would like to start back doing seated workouts and would like to improve my mobility enough to progress to this workout🤷🏿♀️

Hmmm, not our favorite. The compound move with the sweeping biceps moved proved dangerous to hubby’s knee even with good form. I didn’t do that move. We definitely love compound moves and heavy weights, but it felt like the moves could have been slower for the size of the weights. Just our feedback on this one. We still love you and your workouts! ❤

I appreciate your feedback. It is an Advanced workout, so the moves can be different and more challenging. I am glad you did what was best for you, and didn't do that movement. Always listen to your body, do what is best, as I instruct you through movements. Keep up the great work! Take care!
