1 cup of dates (200 g).
Soak in water for 10-15 minutes.
50g a glass of toasted hazelnuts.
50 g salted peanuts.
1 teaspoon of instant coffee.
1 tablespoon of warm water.
Mix.
2 tablespoons cocoa powder.
Mix well in a blender.
remove seeds.
Grind.
1 tablespoon of honey.
Mix.
Shape the desserts into squares.
Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil.
Place the desserts in the freezer for 15 minutes.
120 g dark chocolate without sugar.
Melt in a water bath.
Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Grind 50g medium sized peanuts.
Mix.
Dip dessert in chocolate.
Place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Use paper shapes.
