Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Grind 200 g of lean stevia-based cookies in a blender.
75g walnuts.
3 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa.
Mix.
250 g dark chocolate without sugar.
Chop the chocolate with a knife.
100 ml. Heat the milk.
Mix.
Add chocolate mixture.
Mix.
Let cool for 10 minutes.
Form into balls.
Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Chop 100 g of walnuts with a knife.
50 g dark chocolate without sugar.
90 g white chocolate without sugar.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix.
Dip the balls into the chocolate-nut mixture.
Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
