for the outburst, I know that crescendo is key. But other than Vazarin which I use and Ash which I don't like using, how else can I stack crescendo fast? I main Revenant for cascade caps these days since SG has taken a toll on my fingers with all the try-hard-never-die gameplay.

You’re not gonna find a much better primary IMO since you’re doing p much all of your damage with dual tox. If you’re worried abt acolyte performance you can run magistar or something and still have the exact same buff from outburst.

Nice video! If you want to test strong stuff in the simulacrum I would recommend getting either gokstad officers (found on grineer railjack crewships) or even better manic bombard (eximus) (found on uranus sabotage) as they have significantly higher HP than corrupted heavy gunners. For example a lvl 200 manic bombard has as much HP as a lvl 900 corrupted heavy gunner. For the in mission showcase I think level cap enemies are the best to show off weapons on as archons, liches, acolytes and to some extent demolishers have damage attenuation that can have varying effects on the DPS of a weapon and that pretty much only shows how good a weapon is against that exact damage attenuation. Great video tho! Dual Toxocyst might very well be the strongest gun incarnon although not as comfortable to play as it is very headshot reliant.

Only one combination dishes out more dmg than secondary outburst, that’s Galvanized Shot (GS) and Secondary Encumber. Dual Tox has so much multi shot built into the incarnon that you’ll be proc’ing every status and their mother on enemies just as fast as Diraga on top of getting 120% base dmg per element at x3 stacks of GS. I find secondary outburst to be less superior due to the combo management and basically requiring crescendo to make it work without using Routa. And if you’re playing cascade you’re using Madurai 100% of time and not Vazerin.

Unless you are not building any elements on your weapon, companions or frame, encumbered isn’t going to be as good as you thought. Especially with how fast this gun kills and the fact that gunco ignores incarnon evolution damage

@ gun co doesn’t work on incarnon damage that has aoe. That isn’t the case for toxocyst’s since it’s incarnon dmg is hitscan therefore takes full advantage of it. Things like burston or latron or angstrum wouldn’t work because they have aoe. Edit: also in the wiki galvanized shot also affects the damage of the ricochet bullets so yeah, it is stronger than YOU think.

Because you said “gunco ignores incarnon evolution damage” then you said “ignores incarnon evolution BASE damage” those are in fact two completely different things. To put it into your own words LOL especially since this weapon has its own CO evolution tree but I digress. Regardless that +50 extra base damage is entirely minuscule. It can be neglected because of the amount of multishot this particular weapon gets, and you’re always getting a headshot multiplier when shooting into a group of ads so long as one of them is getting pelted in the face. As long as you hit one in the head the ricochet bullets attract to head of the next closest target to the head.

I have pistol amp, which im assuming changes the final damage on the build. It doesn't matter too much since a fat chunk of the damage is from crits. That build should perform just fine without pistol amp, but make sure you have arcane precision IF you aren't running hornet strike or a damage arcane (so, not secondary outburst or fortifier).

Crit damage? yes, very. Crit chance is also solid but not quite amazing (don't get me wrong that's still a 100% slottable riven and you should use it), but keep rolling and see if you can get something better!

I mean, damage wise yes. But usability is a no. The reason why torid is deemed as the best isnt because of the damage, or the chaining. Its how easy it is to charge and use. No headshots needed. Toxocysts are so headshot reliant that it makes it more stressful than fun to use. Not to mention the downtime.

However, in the case where you're comfortable with the headshots (me personally I am) it's very, very strong, and more enjoyable to use than the torid. i’m sorry to say but this, and i really hate hate saying this but, this is definitely a skill issue moment. Sure the head shots can be annoying but the meter charges so fast and even the body shots ricochet to the heads of other enemies even without aiming for the head. It’s so easy to get head shots usability really isn’t a issue here.

Hey! Because I'm using 5 topaz shards, I need to use a heat mod. Otherwise, they won't proc lol. Also it's a primed mod, like primed convulsion, so it increases my base damage and makes the critical multiplier more effective. Hope this helped!
