Also to note that Hunhow used to be a farmer himself before he became a "Destroyer of worlds" so him saying that the Stalker should drop the war and pick up the scythe, a farming tool, perhaps also means that Hunhow himself wants to return to his roots and leave behind his vengeance and war mongering. And this might be why he gave Jade to us and did everything he could to help Jade give birth. He wants to create and cultivate life, and stop taking it, because he saw where it lead him. I think it's VERY much implied that Parvos just sold his Jade tech accorss the system. Like yeah e needed a lot of volutile motes to perfect his Jade Eximus, but any he can get his hands on is a win because he can sell that. Therefore he is always winning, even when he isn't. And infested probably got their hands on it by infecting Jade Eximuses.

That's a great connection for Hunhow that I wish I would have included now that you've said it! Great contribution to the library! Also I can definitely see that being the case. For my headcannon, it was either him selling it for Grofit, or the Grineer just stole and reverse engineered the tech.

Just as a minor note, Stalker didn't just kind of stop using War, we broke it in the final scene of Second Dream and have been running around with the leftover bit since canonically
@corgthemighty2 ай бұрын
Good thing to note, but a quick thing! From my understanding, we did indeed break the original War at the end of the Second Dream quest, but because Shadow Stalker continues to exist after the quest, and the fact that the Reaper's Lament shows Hunhow trying to convince Stalker to stop using War, I think means that Hunhow probably fashioned another War for Stalker after the original broke in the Second Dream.

No, according to Reaper's Lament, Stalker did stop using War after Hunhow encouraged him to go back to using Hate since the scythe has lesser negative connotations as it was primarily a harvest tool rather than a weapon.

My personal headcanon is that Stalker's Acolytes were other low guards just like the Stalker. They were others who offended the Orokin in various way resulting in them getting helminthed. After the fall of the Orokin, they hated the Tenno, but not to the point of stalking and eliminating warframes (they definitely still killed some frames, but more opportunistically than serial killer-y). @corgthemighty2 ай бұрын
No you're totally good! This is actually really good information because you are right. I was already aware of the previous uses of the Jade Light, but I failed to connect that Warframes were only created because of the Sentients, and the Jade Light was used during that one Sentient creation story which would have been way before Jade became a thing. So I guess in that case, Jade was used to either power up the Jade Light, or used to operate it, and maybe her tech was modeled based off of the Jade Light in that case. Great addition to the library! And same I like grumpy grandpa Uncle too.

25:55 personally i like to imagine that theres a little but of the original jade left in the copies due to us needing vestigial motes to craft it, and when stalker shows up she scolds him like an angry wife

I would love that interaction to get get fully voice acted lol

Space adopted uncle can be a little bit weird sometimes, but we love him. Also thank god for space grandpa for leading him in a good path!

My headcannon is that jade is now connected to all Tenno and warframes basically being their mother to help Tenno and the warframe

Warframe is the only game to both not to take itself seriously by following through with "pregnant warframe" and take itself seriously by making us players invested in it!

Having just revently lost my fiancée, who wanted to play Warframe with me, Jade Shadows hit so incredibly hard. It's such an amazing game...

When i played this game i never thought it would make me so emotional i been playing for 3 and half years. Im 18 and i wanna be a father one day and when this quest came out it made me cry and now that im watching this reading comments im even more confident that i want to be a father im very willing no matter what to be a father because thats what i have wanted for a while. Im not a emotional person very much but this tragedy and bitter sweet ending to this quest made me so happy that stalker will turn a new leaf and be a good father and protector to his child that he may have forgot but jade reminded him and that pain will blossom into something very positive and amazing in the future and DE will definitely complete his story and it will be amazing quest or codex entry we could read and stalker will be able to just take a chill after all this negativity and will have the best fatherhood part of his life thats what i believe And continue to believe.

Seeing as the acolytes take the forms of various frames with a stalker mask on, it seems like they could be random frames the stalker found lying around and empowered

Great Video! One little fact though, Jade recognizes Stalker as Sorren from his Low Gaurdian chest piece. We can actually buy it from the market to use as a chest piece for our warframes.
