Imagine comparing Biafra - Nigeria war with banditry. I don't agree with you on the issue of the pastoralists. Nobody restricts anybody from going anywhere that is not government or culturally restricted areas but transferring your right of movement to cattle to destroy people's means of livelihood is completely unacceptable.
