Great video. I preordered the same shoes. They are such a beautiful shoe. Funny thing is that watching your video compared to mine, they looked like they were packed differently. This could possibly be that mine were being sent to the other side of the world. Enjoy them.

HI, I enjoyed your video. Thanks for sharing your unboxing experience. I was curious if you have any sort of update on how the shoes have worn. I’m interested in getting a new pair of Crockett and Jones from their handgrade collection, but am concerned abut how the creasing on the wholecuts may appear more prominent than on other models like their Courtenay or Barrington II captoe oxfords. Any insight you’re willing and able to share would be appreciated. Thanks!

Crocket and jones are beautiful shoes super quality I've never had any problems with mine expensive but you get what you pay for

the mark the laces left on the captoe is too noticeable for me... They should've been more careful with the packaging

Yeah that’s a good point and I thought the same. The laces on one shoe were also wedged between the leather and shoe tree which left a slight bump at the front.

If I'm not mistaken they make the exact same shoe without the 'branding' for 100's of pounds less! It's a lot of money for a bigger box, a shoe brush and a shoe horn and 007 stamp! Silly really!
