The Chiquitita's, it has a even deeper lore to this music, it's a famous teen/child soap opera from Argentina back in 1995 by the actress/singer/composer Cris Morena. It's said that the daughter of one of the main producers of the show passed away with a disease common to poor people so they had the idea of once they are done with the show, they would make the Chiquititas's song public domain to be used on programs in favor of the child care/health/safety etc etc.

@@euqinemor The song has nothing to do with the Argentinian novela but in the manga he was singing ABBA's Chiquitita song, They made a new song with Chiquitita in it for the anime because of copyright reasons. There's a reason why the alien is singing something with the word Chiquitita in it, but it's a spoiler.
