No way! Play as the opponents in Super Punch-Out??!?

This code will revolutionize and revitalize Super Punch-Out!! for years to come. By performing a specific code, you can play as the Super Punch-Out!! opponents with controller 2. Controller 1 will always be Li'l Mac. This essentially makes Super Punch-Out!! a 2 player game. Why weren't we ever told this when we were little kids???!??!?
To activate this secret, you must complete the following sequence on the SNES controllers:
1) At the game title screen, hold Y+R on controller 2.
2) While holding Y+R on controller 2, press start on controller 1.
3) Select your opponent with controller 1.
4) At the character introduction screen, hold Y+B on controller 2.
5) While holding Y+B on controller 2, press start on controller 1.
After completing that input, you will be able to control Mac with controller 1, and Mac's opponent with controller 2. I'm still dumbfounded by this. What an amazing thing to discover nearly 30 years after the game was released!

I've always wanted to play Super Punch Out as the opponents in Little Mac's place. I guess that would require a lot of new programming.

Parents gave me this game in 1995 for my 21st birthday. How is it possible that Nintendo Power did not report this feature? And al that time I thought I was playing with power. Thanks for the video. I just love the internet.
