Gave up all drugs and alcohol and went 100% carnivore 07/02/23 - Talk about high on life? Oh brother... if I had known 30 years ago! At 55 I am heathier than people half my age. Blessed and grateful. Better than I deserve. Bless you, SIr.

Just found this conversation and I am elated with the possibilities. Stopped the juice a few 24 hrs ago and going carnivore about 2 years ago and it sure made life easier and I feel great despite some very old boogie bumps from Harleys and alcohol. Life is good and carnivore wonderfilled!

Oh, those Boogie Bumps!! I live with pain daily, lots of it. However, it is GREATLY reduced compared to before going carnivore when my body was full of inflammation.

Definitely feels better not having all that alcohol in my body...I was polishing off a liter of scotch almost every other day, washed down with a couple of IPAs...never thought I could quit, thankfully I was wrong. Thanks Scott.

@@SweetSixx And just so you know, I quit in '86 (at the encouragement of a few police/sheriff's depts. among others) and other than a glass of champagne at my mother's funeral in '04, been sober ever since and truly haven't missed it a bit. Life is so much better without.

So much easier after going carnivore...I tried for years to quit, sort of, but was finally able and you're right, being more aware, clean, and in-touch with my body because of carnivore helped greatly.
