Low key I didn't know I was pregnant- no signs, had my monthly, didn't gain weight, no cravings, no morning sickness and on birth control. Found out getting a physical cause of urine test, which is normal cause of my headaches. After finding out and freaking out I was 6 1/2 months my body went into shock- had to deliver a week later. When I found out I was pregnant I was already almost 5 months. I had a period and everything. The only reason I found out is because I was having the worst headache of my life and went to the hospital because my dad insisted I go. They wanted me to do a CT and had me take a pregnancy test, it came back positive. I thought they were joking. To be fair I didn't know I was pregnant for five months, I was losing weight (a total of 14lbs) and spotting (thought it was my period), until I passed out at work and they did blood work to find out I was pregnant, didn't believe the clinic, thought they were on something. Then went to OBGyn and they did a scan and found a giant baby. Some calculations and measurements later they said I was 5 months along and having a girl. We were super happy but yeah it happens. I didn't start showing for a couple more months after that.

Talking about the lady that didn't know she was pregnant. I went through that just a month ago. Only got sick to my stomach once and thought it was a medicine interaction, no cycle but for my body that can happen from time to time due to being diagnosed with pcos some years ago. Bit I was gaining weight and couldn't figure out why cuz I wasn't eating like that.. took a test and was like oh.. that's what's going on. Went to the dr that week and found out not only was I pregnant but I was already 20 weeks 😮. I turn 38 this month. My husband and I thought we were done with kids. It's also important to note that a fair amount of women have irregular menstrual cycles (aka they don't get their period regularly), and/or are on birth control that impacts their hormones (leading to breast tenderness and enlargement, appetite changes, weight gain, bloating and nausea) and helps them skip, prevent or delay their monthly period - so missing a period for women is more common than you might think.
