Being a bricklayer is losing a quarter of the year, due to rain, ice, snow, wind extreme cold, no materials, or held up on the road, breakdown, or just feeling unwell, it’s a nightmare game most of the time, I had 40 years of it, I’d have been better off being a dustman

@@AdamHatch yea I guess you are building for sort of normal people. In Cornwall we are literally just building million pound flats that bankers buy to air BnB and go to like twice a year themselves. @@AdamHatch not really they are just small square flats mostly .🤣 . I'm a carpenter/ dry liner. You would be block in filing shutterd concrete forms and doing stone face work panels on the sort of sites I work on mostly . Though I'm on a nice single occupancy house at the minute it's going to be an air BnB buy Miler yacht club ⛵ just outside Falmouth. 3 million pound house easy I reckon.Every single stone is back cut . It's all mortared and tied to the inner block skin but it's invisible it looks like the stones are stacked without mortar. They literally do 1 square Mtr a day each.

When we have 6 million east Europeans settled here after Brexit ,like the previous 20 yrs many of us Brits have suffered with ,either lack of work or if we got in work treat like shit ,the other thing with your trade our government,no matter what the population growth refuse to build decent houses ,which would grow the country and our economy so much ,but they don't give a sht for most people's happiness ,only caring about money .

6 million? Wow I didn’t realise it was that many. There’s a huge site near me, I worked on it for 3 years and there’s still about 10 left but I can’t stand it because we would be the only English guys, makes for unpleasant working

@@AdamHatch yeah neither did I realise it was that number till ,the audit came out for them to register for permanent status here ,I thought the number was around 3 million but don't forget politicians again ,the uncaring and shamefull scum that they are took 5 yrs ,to get Brexit done if they'd wanted they could of closed our borders ,a year after it but just fkd about so obviously it gave ,the foreign scum lots of notice to get here before the chance was gone ,and by fkuk did they take that chance in there millions ,fkn disgusting for our people I'm an ex truck driver and when I used to get delivery points ,as soon I spoke English the foreign bstds pulled there faces ,they were and are everywhere virtually every warehouse ,up and down the country and if they got chance to fk Brits about they would fkn putrid ,I'll never forget 20 years ago when it very first started them coming ,I live not far from lake district and little villages there ,Kendal and Windermere been going there many years taking my kids but I nearly ,passed out the very first time we was in a cafe there and a pole came up ,to take our order I knew by this time they were in big city's and warehouses ,but never expected them to be out in middle of knowere but as we know ,they ended up everywhere and what pisses me off you can be in a park ,and there about talking there language loud you feel like your in a different country ,again as with everything this kind of thing won't bother our leaders ,they never hang out in public places and yes I'm with you what say ,isolated with them about you the whole thing was only one way ,poles and all the other fkrs coming here in there millions ,take take take they found out they could knock out a few babies here ,and if they chose to go back there piss poor sht country's ,they could even take the kids family allowance back with them which was astonishing, the whole thing like I've said was and still is a disaster for most of our people ,imagine without these 6 million how pay would of been much higher by now ,and conditions for our workers would of been so much better ,instead they can treat us like shite at many places of work ,plus imagine how many houses and homes these foreigners, have taken and many of our people on waiting lists and ,many of our kids have to stay at home even over 30 cos they struggle ,to get a decent place only consolation is we stopped it for what it's worth ,we stopped the at least 200,000 that used to come every year since they could come here 20 yrs ago ,it will take many many years because the scum that are here ,will have kids and keep them mostly talking foreign but I believe one day way into the future ,it will stop were when we are out and about well our grandkids maybe and there kids ,won't feel like there in Poland or somewhere still thank fk against all odds ,vote leave won the day it was a magnificent day when we woke to the news ,just a shame our scum bstd politicians didn't honour the vote quick enough .

how could you leave a job like that ? yea it looks better than before but why do all that work and leave smudge marks everywhere atleast come back the next day and clean it all up. You're a bricklayer and has your name all over it and video evidence, especially if i was skint i would make the job the best i could which could result in more work. No pride.
