Hello everyone, this time I made a super simple food.

Simple fried pastry (inspired by Indian food layered paratha)
Source: tiffin box
Recook: vinastar channel
280 grams all-purpose flour (2 cups)
2 TBSP milk powder
1 medium egg
90-100 ml water or milk (pour gradually)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp broth powder
2 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP butter
Flour for sprinkling.
