Theoretically you’d see nothing. It seems that on impact the body is already reduced to a black husk before disintegrated entirely, so logically your visual reception will be first vaporized in the first flash of light, then in the next instant it’s rendered entirely non functional.

Fun fact: This metro-cop is actually trying to help you. Each citizen is given a daily ration and community service or volunteering to be a cop is rewarded with extra food/security for your family.
