Probably one of the few faceless channel gurus who's building something real. Other than that, the faceless channel industry is hopelessly oversaturated with fakers. I'm working with a couple of people who built KZbin channel networks (and yes, they do reveal all of the channels in their network) AND private equity funds doing transactions in this space - and nobody has ever mentioned any of the faceless creators that pretend to be big shots on Twitter.

I found it particular interesting when he mentioned how he seizes control of entire niches by making multiple channels in there that dominate that market. And then keep it for a while milking it and than sell before they die. ^^ I notice this happening left right and center. Even in a game that I made a channel around. Just a 1 or 1,5 years ago it was much easier to grow a channel and get views. Now everything has become skin tight. A lot of them faceless channels competing for the views now. It kinda sucks for those individual creators not gonna lie, who cannot compete with the power of entire teams outworking and outproducing them. But whenever you are onto something where money is easy to be made, you can be sure somebody is having their knives and forks out and will be coming for your slice.

It is people like Noah, gaming and spamming the system, that make it harder for actual individuals trying to make it on KZbin. Everything is gamefied for maximum $$ extraction at the expense of quality. Then he artificially inflates channels with video shorts and sells it to suckers. It is called 'pump and dump' on Wall Street. The equivalent of junk bonds.

It’s the same reason many Ecommerce store owners won’t share their products. You would essentially be telling everyone that this is a winning idea and people will rip it off in mass this killing yours. It’s the wise thing to do NOT to give all the goods away for free. Side note: he did show me one of this channels offline. It was extremely well done and got loads of traffic and had a bit over 500k subs.

Appreciate the video, but answer the question in the title. So, fundamentals of “how” - where are you getting your footage from? All the discussion around team building and putting it together, but where is the actual content coming from? Where does this courtroom content come from for instance? Are you just ripping off other channels and “transforming”?

The beauty of court cases is no matter how long its been, they can still be interesting and relevant. So people can take footage from court videos from 2010 even, and post them in a video about "craziest court events".

Noah Morris. Expert in faceless youtube. Not expert in faced youtube. Like when someone tells you "you have a face for radio", well, Mr. Morris has a lighting setup for faceless YT. But when you make big money with faceless youtube, you don't need to know about lighting design I guess. Jokes on me. Sending 90% of this gear back to B&H!
