Biggest takeaway is to make an “impact” and the money will follow. That resonated with me because that is all I ever wanted. As I’ve mentioned before I am comfortable financially but I feel I am called for a greater purpose by a higher power. IMPACT the name of the game.

Until algo knocks you out. Why do you think he's now doing interviews. Look at his last videos they get barely 1k views. Not saying he wasn't doing good. But there comes a time that youtube will destriy you. When. You never know and you rely most of the time on youtube. When people think its easy. Its not. Its high risk business.

This is so encouraging. At our movie review channel, we've gone back and forth over the years with not editing at all vs. editing in pieces of trailer and stills to illustrate what we're talking about. There's joy in the creativity, but the efficiency of making it simpler is great too. Thanks, Sean and Michael!

Great interview. Man, I lived that exact life as a shadow real estate investor for 40 years while working through a 33 year career as a senior software engineer. It wasn't the engineering job that enabled me to retire but my real estate. Based on my desire to not have to concern myself with tenant issues anymore, I started cashing out of my small real estate portfolio when I retired from my engineering career, and switched gears to an it's only me and my skills life of trading currencies. From that, I started a small following KZbin channel which I just published my 400th video on (March of 2024), and enjoying life. For sure I'll be buying Michael's book as I still follow the real estate market as once that's in your blood, you have such a passion for it that it's a life interest and not a job, or even a hobby. Another great Think Media interview!

You carry two cameras and four lenses, I carry one camera (I have a backup) and two lenses. The 35-150 and a 24 f1.4. I’m not saying my way is better or knocking yours.
