Fantastic film. Full credit to the makers. It was inspiring to me to hear him take that moment to recognise his own accomplishment as a moment of self pride.

Congratulations Noah! I love seeing the overlap between CrossFit and endurance sport. I’m a long time distance runner and 2.5 years ago I fell in love with CrossFit. The community is just the same. Congratulations on becoming an Ironman!

noah! so PROUD of you! An ironman is no small feat! that takes major cajones! ESPECIALLY also training for Rouge Invitational!, your degree of jackedness while doing this makes an ironman even more impressive. For your next venture, I would seriously consider bodybuilding! Your genetics are insane… like your muscle insertions all around with long muscle bellies are super aesthetic and your ability to gain muscle and leanness is enviable. It is a pretty monotonous lifestyle though.

I thought that Noah was nice guy, but he was way more nicer 👍 I’m also doing triathlon and what Noah said about swimming as a guy like him (almost hero) gave me more trust. Totally guy with big heart. Great time also at Ironman 💪💪💪👊

Ive done 2 Ironmans.I did 10.07 in Texas. I only train triathlon. Going sub 11 for a “non triathlete” is pretty amazing. Also he used a road bike.

@@NoahOhlsenfor sure. You are a Strong biker, going 5.30 its amazing. So you push great power. With triathlon bike and full aero kit (helmet, bottles etc) prob about 15-20 min
