He doesn't know what's he talking about (Just to prove what his forefathers told him a typical story). @Sahil is suggesting, people living in India, China, USA, Africa all were given a notice and those who were at right path, traveled to place where Prophet Noah built the ship so they could avoid Azab. Funny!!! Quran does not ever suggest the whole earth was flooded. Funny part is every Qoom had Azaab at specific time to specific people and in specific region. When it comes to Noah, Azaabs become global? :D

This guy has his own version and logic. He is asking the sister what would you do if a flood has to hit your area she says she would leave. But he forgot that Hazrat Noah A.S was instructed by Allah to build an ark as mentioned in Chapter 11 Surah Hud. He mocks the prophet for something he was instructed to do by Allah SWT, thats why i really dont listen to this specific person, the Quran and teachings of my beloved prophet PBUH are enough for me.

Couldn't it be the case that God ordered Noah (PBUH) to build the ark to show the people that they were wrong once the flood overtook them? Similar to what happened to Pharaoh at the time of Moses? Hence, the flood was localised? Your point of view is excellent, but I just added this angle as well. Allah knows best.
