Agree with most of your points. Little tip for Noah since I have the same problem with watching movies and TV shows, if I doodle or do cross-stich it really helps me to take in what's happening on screen without getting bored or loose focus. Hope that helps. ♥️

I have adhd too and my psych recommended picking up knitting to help with the hyperactivity. In case someone cares, I have some thoughts to share that I believe, some people here might understand better than people elsewhere. I have had this issue regarding my personality for quite a while now. On one hand I want to be this short, cute, more feminine guy. But on the other hand I also really enjoy being muscular and athletic and I love weightlifting in general. Those are, of course, two ideas that don't fit together at all. And it's kinda a decision I have to make. And atm I'm just really indecisive and troubled with this.

i like to be on my phone during movies too and my mom hates it. solution: fidgets that are also puzzles (because i get bored with regular fidgets) but not super complicated puzzles or you get distracted. if you know how to solve them, rubik's cubes are great for this. also those puzzles where you have to slide the pieces around into the right place and they make a picture
