Great video Noah, and congrats on your win at the trials! Question: Do you know which book Ralph was referring to when explaining the mechanics of a great start @ 9:48?
@noahlyles18

Thank you! The book is called “The Mechanics of Sprinting and Hurdling: 2022 Edition” and was written by Ralph himself. Here is a link to purchase (I am not paid, nor do I earn anything by promoting this): a.co/d/0hLbA9kD

Noah knows if he wants to break the WR in the 200m his start needs to be on point on that bend. Noah, if you're reading this, I really want you to prove me wrong and break that WR, because I think 19.19 is just ridiculous and unbreakable. You're talented, powerful and you've got great form on that second part of the 200m, something that Usain didn't necessarily have👀 you match his curve or similar, there's a possibility you could do it. @@GreekboyyD Prime Yohan Blake holds the fastest time in the second half of the 200m, executed at 9.12 seconds in that exact same race. I would thank adrenaline rush for that. Not too sure if anyone in the world can sub 10s like Usain could in the first half.
