@@Ximme True, hes been making videos for years. He has a different style of video, he leans even more so towards the vloggy content you don't see his coaches and rarely see him training with others, he films the majority of it himself. Hes also not at the elite, global championship level. So that's why i mentioned Cravons series because its probably the closest thing to Noahs.

So many gems in this episode. The reminder to always be moving to get through a workout is gold. I started doing 5x60m hill sprints a few weeks back, and working on proper warmup, technique, consistency, and recovery has been key in seeing results. All the best to you and continued success, Noah. I'm excited for what your journey has in store. 👊🏾

Like in the grassroot ep.1 gym session do you do that in endurance or speed endurance period? And like do you do this kind of gym session is speed training period likewise. I maybe 100% wrong right now, I just want some insights to plan my own training tbh. Thanks in advance Noah!

Hey Noah, when you were taking about people having strong muscles, but the muscles don't seem to be firing. Are you familiar with AMIT (Advanced Muscle Integration Technique)? It is used on several professional athletes to reactivate muscle that are "turned off" and not firing.

It is actually not true that you can only absorb so much protein at a sitting. It used to be thought that you can only absorb about 30g of protein at a sitting, but this is based on an old study. A much more recent study shows we can actually absorb much more protein than previously thought, we're talking 100g. I'm not saying you should eat that much but it's the most up to date research. Gotta get you Gold fam.

Protein thing is kinda a myth. I mean as long as you don't exceed 60g per intake. And if it's organic meat and stuff, there's not a lot of studies on it. As long as you take them in 3 or more intakes, it almost doesn't matter at all.
