I already commented this on Ethan's video, but I'll share it with you as well. My aunt and uncle own a 1950s ranch. There are two closets with sliding doors in the master bedroom. One of those closets has a 2 piece bathroom just like this house! (Except the one in my aunt and uncle's house is more updated)

If I had the house, I'd have a pool table and maybe an arcade game as well. Turn the sunroom into a small greenhouse. The basement I would make a small studio out of it with it soundproofed of course.

What a strange house. I'd rather have my bathroom in a closet than right next to the kitchen. I always wondered why the elder plumbers I used to work with, called bathrooms "water closets". This house is definitely '70's, but the fuse box is confusing and definitely not for the whole house. My house was built in 1964 and has original circuit breakers. If this house is on a busy street, I'm shocked that have been no squatters & vandals. Good explore, thank you!

It's a bit ironic that they put a relatively new breaker panel in the laundry room, but left the fused subpanel in the upstairs rental, when if anything I would not trust younger tenants to know much about fuses and putting the correct amp rating in the socket.

My dad built a new house in 1969, and it was a lot more 70's than this house. After seeing the fuse box and some of that wood paneling, stone on the fireplace I would say that house is early 60's. Perhaps I'm wrong....but I know fuse boxes weren't being put in houses in 1969.

It's a bit regional, but Ontario housing regularly came with fuse boxes until the mid to late 1970s.

It was pretty common in the 70's to have the closet bathrooms. I use to babysit for the neighbors in the 70's and they had a big house like that and every bedroom had a closet bathroom.

My childhood home in Illinois had a sink and toliet right outside the kitchen in the 1960s. They did alot of homes like that. We had a 2 story house with a basement.. It was just where the basement stairs were. It was a weird house. My parents had it built. Which was even weirder to me. Lol.

Here in the uk you must have two doors between the kitchen and bathroom.Probably because that’s an old house the rules may may have changed since that was built.

The only way i would ever walk away from a homestead like this, would be because i didnt build it myself,,or if i built it for someone else. What ashame to see a dwelling that could be used for a non profit Time Share just go to waste. All that it would need is Landscaping and Maintenance and for the journeyman who log in to keep it clean.
