I was concerned when you walked in the wet basement with power on. Be careful! Enjoyed the explore. Retro!

With the shortage of housing it’s baffling how many houses are abandoned. This place would be move in ready if they took care of the roof!! Ok just got to the basement… never mind!! 😬. Holy hell!!! Where I’m from in California you’d never see an ounce of water in a basement… 14:04 I have that same white leather couch thing and the straps busted apart on mine too 🤪

Interesting inside. May I suggest showing the outside of the house. Also, from the paperwork that was laying around can you tell when it was last occupied?

Some houses we do show the outside, others we can't so they don't get vandalized, this being one of them. I did look at the left behind papers, no real useful information unfortunately

I think in this case. This house needs to be bull dozed, the mold is bad. It is a shame, it was a nice house.

The kitchen ceiling threw up in the kichen sink!If the water is still on you could have a crap!Basement is a wet hell hole be careful water and electricty don't mix! There's a 22 million dollar home in Oakville that has that cheap brass hexagon light fixture you showed if you can imagine!(It always pays to have attention to detail especially if the house is that expensive) !

Older microwaves didn't have the spinning thing. You could buy them separately or not. They also had microwave cookbooks. Microwaves were supposed to revolutionize cooking for all the women who had started working. But meat cooked in a microwave was terrible. It didn't brown and turned really rubbery. Imagine a chicken with rubbery, white skin...

Generally I usually don’t care for these split level houses…. But here is an accept-ion I really like this one and I’d I had the chance I could move in to this after the repairs were completed.. sounds like he said other homes on the street had been redeveloped ~ 2 fire places 👌🏿 plus the brick wall and planter

When you're first started the video I was like thinking out of this house isn't that bad and then all the sudden you walk around to where the kitchen table was holy hell whole ceiling is on the floor and into the kitchen quite evident that it had the roof is compromised and the basement oh I can't believe you would go down there without a mask on That's insane I went to even gone anywhere near that as soon as I got to the stairs I wanted to said nope.

Noah, I must say that I worry about your lungs, either from mold or asbestos. I wish you would wear a mask sometimes, at least whenever you're in a clearly moldy environment. Your viewers worry! :/ -signed a mom. ;)
