He is right. Socialism is different from communism. Also Otto Weininger had made that difference in his book Sex and Characther Part 2, Chapter Jewishness. And Richard Wolff had done it nowadays too.

I do not understand why a video which is anyway a short clip is summarized at the beginning. That makes not sense. If the attention span is that short you should not listen to chomsky
